3. Products We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours and descriptions. However, as many of our products are natural crystals and gemstones, slight variations in size, colour, and appearance are inherent and not considered defects. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

5. Orders & Contract Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

6. Payment We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

7. Shipping We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
