Where We Ship We ship to the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, European Union, United States, and Canada.
Dispatch Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Method UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard. On occasion we may use alternative couriers to ensure the best service for your order. Delivery time estimates remain the same regardless of courier used.

United States & Canada

Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.
Lost or Delayed Parcels Royal Mail considers a UK parcel lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date. For international orders, please allow up to 20 working days before contacting us.
