Where We Ship We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Method We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which provides end-to-end tracking and an estimated delivery of 2–3 business days from dispatch.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under £75 — shipping charged at checkout
- Orders of £75 and over — free standard shipping applied automatically
Delivery Times Once dispatched, please allow 2–3 business days for delivery. While Royal Mail aims to deliver within this timeframe, delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.
Lost or Delayed Parcels Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date. If your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at mysticcavens@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you.
