Absolutely. All of our crystals and gemstones are 100% natural, ethically sourced semi-precious stones. Because they're formed by nature, each piece is completely unique.

How do I choose the right crystal for me?

Trust your intuition! We recommend browsing our collection and seeing which stone draws you in. Each product listing includes information about the crystal's properties and energies to help guide you.

Do the crystals come with information about their properties?

Yes — each product listing details the energetic and metaphysical properties of the stone. We're also working on including care cards with orders.

Why does my crystal look slightly different from the photo?

As natural stones, every crystal has its own unique pattern, colour variation, and character. This is part of their beauty — your piece is truly one of a kind!

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

How do I care for my crystals?

Keep your crystals away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. To cleanse their energy, you can place them under moonlight, use sage smoke, or set them on a selenite charging plate.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We stock Beyblade X — the latest generation of Beyblade, featuring the all-new Xtreme Gear Sports system for faster, more intense battles!

Are your Beyblades official/genuine products?

Yes, all of our Beyblades are 100% genuine, official Beyblade X products.

Are your Beyblade X products from a specific region?

Our Beyblade X products are official Takara Tomy releases and may come from various regions including Japan and other parts of Asia. Takara Tomy is the original Japanese manufacturer of Beyblade X, so packaging and instructions may be in Japanese or another language — but the blades themselves are 100% genuine and identical in quality and performance regardless of region.

Are they suitable for competitive play or just for fun?

Both! Beyblade X is designed for serious competitive play but is just as fun for casual battles at home.

What age are Beyblades suitable for?

Beyblade X is recommended for ages 8 and up, though younger fans love them too with adult supervision.

Are Beyblade X parts compatible with older Beyblades?

Beyblade X uses a brand new system and is not compatible with older generations such as Burst or Metal Fusion. You'll need a Beyblade X stadium and launcher to play.
