At Mystic Cavens, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before buying.
Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging
- Free from damage, scent, or signs of use
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue only a partial refund if an item is returned in a condition that suggests it has been used, handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or is no longer in a resaleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or handled beyond reasonable inspection
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items not in their original packaging
How to Return To start a return, contact us at using our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve this promptly at no cost to you.
